The First-Aid Team, led by the Star Bearers Susanna and Susie, is made up of Shadows (and their Living Dolls) who tend to sick or injured Living Dolls.
Description[]
The medical wing is located in the Washing Room and the team treats soot sickness, a state of mental disorientation caused by the intake of soot, with water-induced vomiting. The First-Aid Team also has full control over the process of enforcing the punishments handed down by the Star Bearers.
Members are given red armbands and headbands while Shadows also wear special uniforms.

- Prior to the official English localization of the manga and the English subtitles of the anime adaption, they were referred as Relief Team in fan translations.
- Kate says that First-Aid Team seems more elite compared to the Research Team group.
